Espanola House

We provide 24 hour care supervision so you can rest assured that your loved one will never be left alone. Espanola House has a fire and smoke warning system throughout the home with pull stations and fire extinguishers in key locations. Entrance and exits are alarmed and monitored for resident safety.

We offer a small home setting with private bedrooms. Each resident has a customized care plan which includes a medication management program, social opportunities, and life enrichment programs. Additionally we utilize a visiting physician and on-call registered nurse with optional supportive services such as: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Podiatrist, Mobile Health Services, and in Home Hospice support.
